Billings & Payments

1. What are the payment methods?

   Choose payment by Credit / Debit card for immediate purchase, simply and securely and you can also pay by bank deposit, within 3 days from the day of submission of the order.

2. How will I know if my order has been registered?

   You will receive a confirmation message from the system.

3. When will my card be charged?

   Your card will be charged in order to complete the order.

Shipping & delilvery

1. Can I add a product to an order I have already placed?

   If your order has been shipped or paid for by credit card, unfortunately this is impossible. 

2. What is the shipping cost?

   The shipping cost for orders over €80 is free within Greece. For orders within Greece, under €80, the shipping cost is €4 for areas within Attica and €4,5 for the rest of Greece.

   The shipping cost for shipping in Cyprus is 13.50 euros for 1 item and 17.00 euros for 2 items and above. 

3. When will I receive the products?

   Responsible for the delivery is the courier company. On our part we ship the products in 1-2 working days and the courier company has the contractual obligation to deliver within 2-3 working days to mainland Greece and 4-6 working days to island destinations or inaccessible areas.

4. How do I make a purchase?

   You can buy through our eshop or if you come to one of our stores in Athens and Piraeus!

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I return a product?

   For health/hygiene reasons as well as because of the perishable nature of our products, the products are not returned and there is no right of withdrawal.  

   Only in case of incorrect shipment of a product, i.e. delivery of a product of a different code from the requested one, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers, the customer will have the right to return the product within five (5) calendar days from its receipt. The product must be in perfect condition, not used, packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.

   In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it is presumed that you have received the product unreservedly from our company.
