1. Definitions:

Is any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other people who process personal data on behalf of the controller
User
It is the person using this application who must be the same as the data subject to whom the Personal Data refers.
2 Types of Data Collected:
2.1. The Personal Data that this Application collects, alone or through third parties, are:
Cookies, Usage Data, first name, last name, gender, telephone number, company name, profession, country, e-mail address, postal code, city, the field of activity, User ID, website, geographical location, address, username, password.
2.2. All Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide such Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application, in particular, declares that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate these Data without any consequences for the availability or functionality of the service. Users who are unsure about which Personal Data are mandatory are welcome to contact the Individual. Any other use of cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of the third-party services used by this Application serves its purpose to provide the service required by the User.

3. How data is processed
3.1. Data processing is carried out by electronic means and other material means (storage in paper form), following organizational procedures and ways strictly related to the appropriate purposes. In addition to the Controller in certain cases, the Data may be accessible to specific types of persons responsible, involved in the operation of the website (management, sales, marketing, legal, management system) or by external parties (such as third-party service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) designated, if necessary, as Processors. The updated list of these parties may be requested by the Controller at any time.
4. Storage Time - Right to Be forgotten

6. Consent
6.1 By filling in the form with his/her Data and by logging each time on the website with his/her data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to respond to requests for information, reports or any other kind of request indicated by the heading of the form, as well as to use the data for statistical purposes and for reasons related to national and EU legislation. Personal Data collected is what is mentioned in the corresponding form (dialogue box).
7. Registration and Contact Form
7.1. By registering, Users allow the Application to identify them and give them access to appropriate services. Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration or certification. In this case, this Application will be able to access some Data, stored by these third-party services, for registration or for identification purposes.
8. Actions of competent authorities
8.1 The User declares that he/she is aware that the Data Controller may disclose personal data at the request of the public authorities.
9. Protection of Personal Data
9.1 The Data Controller has taken all measures to protect the collected data and keep it encrypted. In case of default, there will be immediate notification of the user within forty hours of any event via email.
9.2 In case you feel that you have problems or questions or feel unsafe, you have the right to contact the competent authority in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

10.1 For operational and conservative purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect records that record interaction with this Application (System Logs) or collect for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address).
11. Users' Rights
11.1 Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data have been stored and may advise the Controller to be informed about the contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be completed, erased, cancelled, upgraded or corrected, or converted into an anonymous form or blocked any data held in violation of the law; as well as to oppose their management for any and all legal reasons. Requests must be sent to the Controller in the contact information specified above.
12. Usage Data
12.1 Information may be collected automatically by this Application (or by third-party services employed on this Application), which may include: the IP address or domain names of the computers used by the Users using this Application, the HOU (Uniform Resource ID) address, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server; the size of the file sent in response, the numeric code showing the status of the server's response (successful result, error, etc.), the country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and the operating system that was used by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and details of the route followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters related to the operating system of the device and / the user's COMPUTER environment.
